At this event you’ll meet your fellow new trainees and interact in a residential setting to get a better understanding of the programme and the sector. Together, you’ll gain an appreciation of the work of local government, meet councillors and senior managers, explore your development needs - and of course, have some fun.
We will encourage you to establish your cohort network as a knowledge and support group and we will introduce you to our support tools which will assist you in your personal and professional development.
