You’ll learn all about the sector and the programme when you attend our induction event. It’s also a great opportunity to meet your fellow trainees. The idea is that you’ll keep in touch with them throughout your two years on the scheme and share knowledge and experiences. We’ll provide team-building and project management training and also introduce you to some of our key support tools.
